Many months ago, I was sitting in Communion (my version of meditation in which I am communing with my Guides), and I asked how they (my Guides) would like me to share Reiki Energy Healing with the world. I was shown a vision of myself in a yoga studio full of students, walking around and placing my hands on them while they were being guided through a Yin yoga class. I thought, "Oh yes, of course," as I have done this in the past offering massage rather than Reiki. I have lost touch with the Yin yoga instructors that taught at the studio I used to work in, so I was wondering who the mystery Yin instructor to bring this idea to fruition would be. The following day I saw my friend and fellow Trader Joe's employee, and I remembered that she is a yoga instructor! I asked her if she would like to join me in this magical adventure, she said YES and here we are, about to bring to you our second Reiki-Infused Yin Yoga Workshop!!
